Who we are
Nicholas Bender
Nick has been litigating complex cases, including serious injury and death claims, for over a decade. He graduated from Brigham Young University before earning a law degree at the University of Oklahoma. He finds great satisfaction in helping his clients through difficult times. He grew up in North Carolina but has spent much of his adult life in Arizona and Utah and now resides in Utah County.
Andrew Day
Andy earned his law degree from Gonzaga and completed his undergraduate work at the University of Utah. For more than a decade, Andy has focused his practice on personal-injury, wrongful-death, and construction cases. He strives to “walk in the shoes” of his clients as part of his counseling philosophy. Andy is a Utah native living in Davis County.
